This 3-day tour takes you on a wildlife adventure in Uganda’s Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of the most diverse ecosystems in Africa. On the first day, you will be picked up from your accommodation in Kampala and drive to the park, where you will go on a game drive to see some of the park’s wildlife, such as lions, elephants, buffaloes, and more. On the second day, you will go for another game drive in the morning to see more wildlife, followed by a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel in the afternoon, where you can spot hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species. On the final day, you will have one last game drive before departing for Kampala, where you will be dropped off at your accommodation, marking the end of your safari adventure in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Short itinerary:

Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth for game drives. Stay at Queen Elizabeth.(L,D)
Day 2: Game drive and Boat cruise at Queen Elizabeth. Stay at Queen Elizabeth.(B,L,D)
Day 3: Game drive and transfer to Kampala.(B,L)

Note:

  1. To avoid the long drives on Day 1 & 3, we can arrange flight between Entebbe & Kasese airstrip at USD 230 per person one way and USD 390 per person for 2 way flights.
    On top of the above price, an additional cost of USD 40 (not per person) would be charged for sending our guide & vehicle a day in advance (Day 0) so as to pick you up on Day 1 on arrival at the airstrip.
  2. At Lake Bunyonyi activities are not included. You can do Canoeing, Boat ride, Community walk, Bird watching , Batwa Cultural Visit and many more activities at Lake Bunyonyi by booking directly with the accommodation once you reach Lake Bunyonyi.

Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth for game drives
You will start your day by being picked up from your accommodation in Kampala and begin the journey towards Queen Elizabeth National Park. During the drive, you will get to see some of the most scenic landscapes in Uganda. Upon arrival, you will have lunch before heading out for your first game drive of the trip. The game drive will take you through the park, where you will have the opportunity to see various wildlife species such as lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, hyenas, antelopes, warthogs, and more. After the game drive, you will return to your accommodation at Queen Elizabeth for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Game drive and Boat cruise at Queen Elizabeth
After breakfast, you will go on a morning game drive, during which you will explore a different part of the park and encounter new wildlife. After the game drive, you will return to your accommodation for lunch. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake George and Lake Edward. During the cruise, you will see various animals, including hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and numerous bird species. The boat cruise will last about 2 hours, after which you will return to your accommodation for dinner and a good night's rest.

Day 3: Game drive and transfer to Kampala
After breakfast, you will embark on a final game drive, during which you will have the opportunity to spot any wildlife that you may have missed on the previous drives. After the game drive, you will check out of your accommodation and begin the journey back to Kampala. Along the way, you will stop for lunch at a local restaurant. You will arrive in Kampala in the evening, depending on traffic. This will mark the end of your exciting and adventurous trip to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
